- Can adults enter the play area?

Yes, only to accompany toddlers less than 3yo. However, we would always recommend child(ren) to play independently while parents observe from outside.

Do the children play roughly?

Rough & dangerous plays are not allowed in the play area.
Warning will be given to the child(ren) with such behavior. If the behavior persist, the child(ren) will be pulled out.

Will there be anybody who takes care of the children?

We have 1 staff at the entrance who oversees the general safety only. We are unable to guarantee there will be no mishaps.

Can parents leave the children for play while they shop around?

Adult supervision is always encouraged. Unless parent is confident otherwise. Please return to fetch the child(ren) at the end of the play duration.
